What is a product that does not yet exist but should? — KP Fellow Application

I want to build a peer to peer therapy application.

The problem with therapy is that it takes forever to find a good therapist that matches your problem’s traits. And even then, some therapists feel good to talk to but you end up going for 10 years instead of healing and graduating. So I want to profile each person who wants therapy as well as therapists to find a match between people who want help and people who will most likely match that person and be able to provide the type of help necessary.

People should have the right to quickly find someone who can really help them based on the therapist and the kind of clients they really work with to match what they really need help with instead of being stuck hopping therapists, losing confidence, paying money, and spending so much time feeling lost.

I want to create a digital meta-therapist that guides people through the world of healing, self-improvement and mindfulness. People should not have to go on all sorts of different websites to see what the therapist does, not know what to ask about, and so forth. I want to create an app that scrapes all of these therapist databases together and talks to each therapist to really provide the best care for the individual. Furthermore there are unlicensed therapists that do amazing coaches as life coaches as well. These people should be given equal weight based on their performance as a healer, not how long they’ve spent reading about theory of mind.
